In a large pot, combine whole milk and Carnation milk and bring to a boil.
Add two tablespoons of butter to the pot.
Add cloves to the milk mixture.
In a separate pan, melt butter and add vermicelli, cooking until some pieces are golden brown and some remain white.
Add the cooked vermicelli to the milk mixture and stir.
Let the mixture cook for 10 minutes.
Add raisins and black cherries to the mixture and stir.
Add nutmeg and cardamom for flavor.
Add condensed milk to the mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Turn off the stove and let the mixture cool before plating.
