Chop roasted almonds or any other nuts of your choice.
Dissolve corn starch with a little bit of cold milk in a saucepan.
Add milk, cinnamon stick, cloves, and sugar to the saucepan and mix well with a whisk.
Cook on medium heat until the milk reaches boiling point, then remove cinnamon stick and cloves.
Add dissolved corn starch while whisking and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until creamy and thick.
Filter the milk mixture with a sieve to remove any chunks and add orange blossom water.
Let the milk mixture cool down.
Shape warka into small discs or cut with scissors.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan on medium heat and fry warka discs for one minute on both sides until golden.
Place fried warka discs on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
To plate, place 2 pieces of fried warka, top with milk mixture and sprinkle with chopped roasted almonds.
Cover with 2 more pieces of fried warka, then again milk mixture and chopped roasted almonds.
Add 2 more pieces of warka, a little bit of milk mixture, and some roasted almonds, then sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
