- ●500g leftover cooked meat (beef, pork, or a mix)
- ●1 cup stale bread, soaked in milk
- ●1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ●2 cloves garlic, minced
- ●1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

- ●1/2 tsp salt
- ●1/4 tsp black pepper
- ●1/4 tsp nutmeg
- ●oil for frying
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine the leftover cooked meat, soaked bread, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
- 2Add the egg, salt, black pepper, and nutmeg to the mixture. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- 3Form the mixture into small patties or balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- 4Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 5Once the oil is hot, carefully add the patties to the pan, making sure not to overcrowd it.
- 6Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 7Remove the patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
- 8Serve hot, optionally with a side of marinara sauce or a fresh salad.

- 7Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
- 8Fry falafel in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- 9Drain on paper towels.
- 10Serve falafel in pita bread with tahini, lemon juice, tomatoes, cucumber, and lettuce.
- 11Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce.
