12 grape tomatoes
12 mini bocconcini

1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
12 basil leaves

Wash 12 grape tomatoes and add them to a bowl.

Drain 12 mini bocconcini and add them to the same bowl.

Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to the bowl.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt to the bowl.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Gather 4 skewers that are 8 inches long and wash 12 basil leaves.

Take one mini bocconcini and insert it onto the skewer until the cheese is at the bottom.

Fold one basil leaf in half and insert it into the skewer.

Insert one grape tomato onto the skewer until it reaches the basil leaf.
