Easy Caprese Skewers with Liz

Start by taking a cherry tomato and placing it on a skewer.

Fold up a basil leaf and add it to the skewer.

Add a mozzarella cheese ball to the skewer.

Optionally, prepare a dipping bowl of balsamic vinegar, but note that it doesn't cling well to the skewers.

Instead, use balsamic glaze, which sticks better to the skewers.

Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the assembled skewers.
