Cut the root off the green onion and slice it diagonally, then set aside.

Open the package of frozen dumplings and slice one dumpling into quarters, then set aside.

In a pot, add 5 cups of water and turn the stove on high.

Add the sliced spicy pepper and onions to the pot.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of Vegeta to the pot.

Add the quartered dumpling to the pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of soup soy sauce and 1 clove of minced garlic to the pot.

Once the water is boiling, taste the soup and adjust seasoning with more Vegeta if desired.

Add 5 dumplings to the pot and cook for 6 to 7 minutes, depending on the size of the dumplings.

After 5 minutes, whisk 2 eggs and pour them into the pot from the outside in.

Add the green onions on top after boiling for an additional 30 seconds.
