Finely chop the onions.

Add the chopped onions to the minced meat.

Heat a large pan on the stove and add some liquid sunflower oil; fry the minced meat.

In a mixing bowl, add 1 glass of milk and 2 glasses of water at room temperature.

Add dry yeast and salt to the milk and water mixture, then gradually add 8-9 glasses of flour.

Divide the dough into equal parts, preparing a total of 20 pieces.

Grease a round tray with oil and add the rolled-out dough.

Grease and stack 5 rolled-out doughs on top of each other.

Place the tray in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C until browned evenly on the top and bottom.
