Crispy Borek with Minced Meat

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Stir in minced meat and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
Season with salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika; mix well.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped parsley; let cool slightly.
Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush with melted butter.
Place another sheet on top and brush again with butter.
Spoon a portion of the meat mixture along one edge of the dough.
Roll the phyllo tightly around the filling to form a cylinder.
Place the rolled borek on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
