1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup (optional)

Slice ripe bananas into approximately a quarter-inch slices.

Place the sliced bananas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring they have space in between to prevent sticking.

Freeze the bananas for at least three to four hours to fully harden.

Once frozen, pour the bananas into a food processor or a heavy-duty blender.
