Chocolate Banana Ice Cream

4 ripe frozen bananas
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh spinach
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

Slice and chunk ripe bananas before starting.

Add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar to the blender.

Blend the mixture for about 3 to 5 minutes until well mixed.

Scrape the mixture into a loaf pan or suitable container.

Cover the container with aluminum foil.

Freeze for at least 4 to 6 hours.
