Prepare ingredients: chop scallions, ginger, garlic, habanero peppers, basil, parsley, onions, and green bell peppers.
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend the mixture until smooth or coarse, depending on preference.

Pour the blended marinade into a bowl and mix to ensure everything is well incorporated.
Transfer the marinade into ice cube trays for freezing.
Tap the trays to remove air pockets and ensure even filling.
Cover the trays with plastic wrap to prevent odors from the freezer.
Prepare a second batch by adding fresh rosemary to part of the marinade and blend again.
Combine the rosemary-flavored marinade with the original green marinade and transfer to ice cube trays.
Freeze the marinades until solid, then remove from trays and bag them up for storage.
