Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease and line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, all-spice powder, and ginger powder.
In another bowl, mix together oil, dark brown sugar, orange juice, water (or wine/grape juice), and vanilla essence until well combined.
Add the yoghurt to the wet mixture and stir until smooth.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Fold in tutti frutti, dried cranberries, dried apricots, walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, and cherries gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Once cooled, decorate as desired and serve.
