½ cup (120 ml) oil
⅔ cup (135 g) dark brown sugar
1 cup (220 ml) yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla essence
1½ cups (180 g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp cinnamon powder
¼ tsp all-spice powder
¼ tsp ginger powder
