2 medium tomatoes
2 green chilies
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
3 tablespoons cooking oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup fresh cilantro

Boil potatoes until tender, then peel and cut into halves.
