Start by getting a 1-gallon Ziploc bag or any zipper-type bag.
Pour in 2 cups of olive oil into the bag.
Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper into the bag.
Next, add 3 tablespoons of red pepper flakes into the bag.
Then, add 4 tablespoons of ranch dressing seasoning into the bag.
Seal the bag and mix the ingredients together gently to avoid breaking the bag.
Open 4 sleeves of saltine crackers (16 oz) and place them into the bag with the seasoning mixture.
Seal the bag again and gently toss the crackers to coat them with the seasoning mixture.
Let the crackers marinate in the bag; if making in the evening, let them set overnight, or if in the morning, let them set throughout the day.
Flip the bag occasionally to ensure even coating of the crackers.
After marinating, preheat the oven to 250°F.
Place the crackers on trays and put them in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and check for crispness; they should be golden and fragrant.
