Oat flour is often more affordable and gluten-free.
olive oil

Vegetable oil is a cost-effective alternative.
Grind sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground sunflower seeds, buckwheat flour, tapioca flour, and sea salt.
Mix the dry ingredients together with a spoon.
Add water and coconut oil to the mixture.
Mix with a spoon and then use your hands to form a dough ball.
Sprinkle buckwheat flour on a flat surface to prevent sticking.
Roll out the dough to about 3 or 4 mm thick using a rolling pin or a large jar.
Cut the rolled dough into squares or triangles with a sharp knife.
Scrape the cut crackers off the surface with a spatula or knife.
Transfer the crackers to a lightly oiled baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake the crackers for about 10 minutes, keeping an eye on them for doneness.
Remove from the oven when they start to tan and place on a cooling rack.
