Start wrapping the kataifi around the cone-shaped molds, tying it tightly to prevent unraveling.
Sprinkle a little butter on top of the kataifi before baking.
Place the cones in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare the syrup by combining sugar, rose water, lemon, and water in a saucepan.
Once the cones are baked, remove them from the oven and drizzle the cooled syrup over the top.
