soy sauce

Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Boil water in a pot and add the rinsed rice.
Cook the rice until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
Chop the cabbage, carrots, and onions finely.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and let them pop for a few seconds.
Add the diced potatoes and stir-fry until they begin to soften.
Add the chopped onions, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in the cabbage and carrots, cooking until they are tender.
Add green chilies, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
Mix in the cooked rice and stir well to combine all ingredients.
Sprinkle with coriander and turmeric for flavor.
Serve hot, garnished with additional green chilies if desired.
