Wrap the dough in wax paper and chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Cut the dough into four equal pieces.
Roll out the dough to about an eighth of an inch thick.
Liberally sprinkle the dough with the cinnamon raisin mixture.
Place the logs in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
