Tofu Nuggets

1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup room temperature water

Break the tofu into nugget shapes.

Blend 3 cups of cornflakes in a food processor or crush them by hand.

Add 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of oregano, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, black or white pepper, and a pinch of salt to the cornflakes and mix well.

In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of chickpea flour and gradually mix in 1/2 cup of room temperature water to avoid lumps.

Coat the tofu pieces first with the chickpea flour batter and then with the cornflakes mixture.

Place the coated tofu on an oven tray.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Bake the tofu for 20 minutes, turning them over after 10 minutes.
