1 and 1/2 teaspoons fine salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chicken powder
2 teaspoons sugar
3 teaspoons milk powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 to 3 tablespoons breading mix
1 egg

Place a clean cloth in a large mixing bowl and add 500 grams of tofu.

Mash the tofu until finely crushed.

Squeeze out excess liquid from the tofu and discard the liquid.

Return the drained tofu to the mixing bowl.

Add 1 and 1/2 teaspoons fine salt, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder, 2 teaspoons sugar, 3 teaspoons milk powder, and 1 teaspoon paprika to the tofu and mix well.

Add 1/4 cup cornstarch to the mixture and combine.

Add 1/2 cup all-purpose flour and 2 to 3 tablespoons of any breading mix, and mix until well combined.

Beat 1 egg in a separate bowl until yolks and whites are mixed.

Prepare bread crumbs in a small mixing bowl for coating.

Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into rectangular nuggets.

Roll the nuggets in bread crumbs to coat.

Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the nuggets until golden brown, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
