Welcome to the kitchen, starting with 1 cup of red kidney beans.
Soak salted beef in water and vinegar to reduce saltiness.
Boil salted beef in water for 6-7 minutes to remove excess salt.
In a pressure cooker, add 6 cups of water, soaked red kidney beans, and boiled salted beef.
Crush 4-5 cloves of garlic and add to the pot along with 10 pimento seeds, then cover and cook for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, check the beans and beef; if not fully cooked, add more water and cover to boil.
Add thyme, scotch bonnet pepper, white yam, Irish potato, sweet potato, and carrot to the pot.
Make cornmeal dumplings with cornmeal, flour, salt, and water, shaping them and adding to the soup.
Cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes to allow dumplings and provisions to cook through.
Remove noodles from the soup mix, if present, and add 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic seasoning and 1 teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning.
Taste the soup and add 1/2 tablespoon of salt if needed, then cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup of coconut cream and cook for an additional 10 minutes, ensuring not to overcook the provisions.
Remove thyme and scallion before serving, then taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
