Clean the cow skin by boiling it in hot water for 10 minutes, then strain and clean it.
Boil 10 cups of water with a teaspoon of salt, 3 cubes of garlic, and 12 grains of pimento seeds.
Add the cleaned cow skin and red peas to the boiling water and cover.
Prepare the chicken foot by cutting off the nails and washing them with lime, then chop them in half and add to the pot.
Cover the pot and allow the peas to cook before adding the remaining ingredients.
Peel and cut the carrots, corn, Irish potato, cocoa, yellow yam, and cho, then wash them before adding to the pot.
Add coconut milk to the pot and stir, then cover.
Make the dumpling dough by mixing 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/3 cup of refined cornmeal, and a pinch of salt, then add room temperature water gradually until a dough forms.
Pinch off small pieces of dough to form 8 small dumplings and add them to the pot.
Add the scallions, thyme, and scotch bonnet pepper to the pot, cover, and allow to cook for 15 minutes.
Serve the soup with cow skin and chicken foot.
