Prepare ground provisions: cut cocoa, sweet potato (using half), and breadfruit into bite-sized pieces.
Knead flour to make cornmeal dumplings.
Boil water in a separate pot and add the dumplings and cut vegetables to it.
Once the meat and beans are cooked, add coconut milk to the boiling pot with the dumplings and vegetables.
Combine everything from the boiling pot into the instant pot with the cooked meat and beans.
Add chopped carrots and thyme to the pot.
Season the soup with scallions and country pepper.
Stir the pot frequently to prevent sticking and ensure enough liquid is present.
Simmer until the soup is thick and rich, ensuring all ingredients are cooked through.
