Bourbon Chicken

skinless boneless chicken thighs
1/4 cup bourbon
1 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 teaspoon Better than Bouillon roasted chicken
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon garlic paste
olive oil
1 tablespoon butter

Introduce ingredients for bourbon chicken.

Oil the chicken thighs with olive oil.

Season one side of the chicken with all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and coarse black pepper.

Repeat seasoning on the other side of the chicken.

Cook the chicken for about 4 to 4.5 minutes on each side.

Remove the chicken from the pan.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan.

Add Better than Bouillon roasted chicken to the butter in the pan.

Add 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce and 1/2 cup hoisin sauce to the pan.

Add 1/2 cup brown sugar to the mixture in the pan and let it cook down.

Add 1 teaspoon of garlic paste and 1/4 cup bourbon to the sauce.

Add 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes to the sauce.

Let the sauce cook down for about 7 to 10 minutes.

Slice the cooked chicken and add it back to the sauce.

Mix the chicken with the sauce and allow it to cook for an additional 7 minutes.
