1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup apple juice
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 teaspoon Browning sauce
red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons ginger paste
2 green onions
1/4 cup avocado oil

Slice 1 pound of chicken breast into thin strips, ensuring they are of even thickness for even cooking.

Season the sliced chicken in a mixing bowl with 1-2 teaspoons of chicken bouillon powder and all-purpose seasoning.

Coat the seasoned chicken with 2-3 tablespoons of corn starch, ensuring an even layer.

In a separate bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients: 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup apple juice, 1/4 cup chicken broth, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup bourbon, and 1/4 teaspoon Browning sauce. Add red pepper flakes and a dash of all-purpose seasoning to taste.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1/4 cup of avocado oil to coat the bottom.

Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet in two batches to avoid overcrowding, cooking until browned (about 3 minutes per side).

Remove the chicken from the skillet, leaving the fond (flavor) in the pan.

Add minced garlic and diced green onion to the skillet, using residual heat to cook the garlic without burning it.

Turn the heat back on to medium-low and add the sauce mixture to the skillet, scraping the bottom to release the fond. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes to thicken.

Add 2 teaspoons of ginger paste to the sauce and mix well.
