1

Drain the two cans of super sweet corn and put it in a blender.

2

Blend the corn for 1 minute until smooth.

3

Scrape out the blender to ensure no corn is left behind.

4

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 4 tablespoons of melted butter to the blended corn and mix well.

5

Add 1 cup of cornmeal to the mixture and combine until everything is well mixed.

6

Using aluminum foil, place one spoon of the corn mixture in the center.

7

Fold the sides of the foil together and seal it tightly to prevent water from entering.

8

Press down on the wrapped mixture, leaving a little room for it to swell during cooking.

9

Fold over both edges of the foil to secure the package.

10

Place the wrapped packages in a pot and fill it halfway with water.

11

Bring the water to a boil, then lower the heat to medium and cook for 40 minutes.

12

After 40 minutes, remove the packages from the pot and place them on a plate to cool.
