Get a mixing bowl and add yellow cornmeal.
Add all-purpose flour to the bowl.
Add white sugar to the bowl.
Add baking powder to the bowl.
Add salt to the bowl and whisk all the dry ingredients together for about 45 seconds.
In a separate mixing bowl, add buttermilk.
Add margarine or butter to the buttermilk.
Add vegetable oil to the buttermilk mixture.
Add honey to the mixture.
Add 2 eggs to the mixture.
Whisk all the wet ingredients together until well blended.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients, whisking until well blended for about 45 seconds if done separately, or for about a minute and a half if added directly to the dry ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for at least 5 to 10 minutes.
Grease a small baking dish with margarine or butter on the bottom and sides.
Pour the cornbread batter into the greased baking dish, making sure to scoop all of it out.
Bake in the preheated oven at 350°F for an unspecified time until done, checking for doneness visually.
