Add a drizzle of olive oil to a skillet.
Fry 120 g of diced bacon until golden brown, then remove from heat and set aside.
In another pan, add a little olive oil to prevent the butter from burning.
Add 3 tablespoons of butter to the pan and let it melt.
Add 1 medium chopped onion to the melted butter and cook until the onion is translucent, then remove from heat and set aside.
In a pressure cooker, add 1 kg of mandioca covered with water and 1 teaspoon of salt.
Cook the mandioca under pressure for 8 minutes until tender.
Carefully remove the fibrous center of the mandioca and cut the remaining pieces into cubes.
Add the cooked mandioca to the pan with the onion and butter, stirring to coat the mandioca with the mixture.
Finish with fried garlic, dried chili flakes, the reserved bacon, and chopped green onion, mixing well.
