Make brownies in a 9x13 pan according to the package directions and bake until done, then cool them.

In a bowl, combine cream cheese and powdered sugar.

Add a little peppermint extract and green food coloring to the cream cheese mixture (green food coloring is optional).

Chop about 1.5 cups of Andy's mints.

Spread the green cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled brownie layer using an offset spatula.

Prepare the pudding according to the package directions and spread it over the cream cheese layer.

Dollop whipped topping on top of the pudding layer and spread it gently to avoid mixing layers.

Chop the remaining Andy's mints and sprinkle them on top of the whipped topping just before serving.

Refrigerate the dessert for about half an hour to let the flavors blend and set up.
