1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cheese
1 cup refried beans
1 lb pork
2 cups cabbage
1 cup carrots
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 jalapeños
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons oil

Combine masa harina, water, and salt in a bowl until a smooth dough forms.

Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each into a ball.

Flatten each ball into a disc about 1/4 inch thick.

Place a spoonful of cheese, refried beans, and pork in the center of each disc.

Fold the edges of the disc over the filling and pinch to seal.

Gently flatten the filled pupusa to form a thicker disc.
