Add 4 cloves of crushed garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Gradually add the spinach to the pan, stirring continuously to incorporate it as it wilts.
Season the spinach with salt, being careful not to add too much as it reduces in volume.
Cover the pan and let the spinach cook in its own moisture for about 2-3 minutes, checking for doneness.
Once the spinach is cooked, create small wells in the mixture and crack eggs into each well.
Cover the pan again and cook until the egg whites are set and the yolks are still runny, adjusting cooking time to preference.
Sprinkle a little salt on top of each egg and add black pepper if desired.
Drizzle a bit more olive oil on top before serving.
