Marinate 400g of diced chicken breast with 3 tablespoons of oil, 2 teaspoons of ras el hanout, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and mineral salt to taste. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

In a bowl, combine 250ml of low-fat yogurt with 5 sprigs of chopped fresh parsley, 1 minced garlic clove, and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Set aside in the refrigerator.

Heat 2 tablespoons of wok oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until done and lightly browned.

Once the chicken is cooked, add 1/2 chopped onion and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add 12 quartered cherry tomatoes and 1 diced bell pepper (1cm cubes) to the pan and cook for 1 minute.

Remove the pan from the heat and add 1 diced apple (1cm cubes).

In a separate pot, heat about 1/2 liter of sunflower oil and fry a handful of fries until golden yellow. Season with mineral salt to taste.

In an aluminum baking dish, layer the cooked chicken, apple, and bell pepper mixture, and top with grated cheese.

Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
