Instructions

- 3Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- 4Fry potatoes in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5Remove fries and drain on paper towels.
- 6In a saucepan, heat vegan gravy over medium heat until simmering.
- 7Stir in garlic powder and onion powder to the gravy.
- 8Place fries on a serving plate and sprinkle with vegan cheese.
- 9Pour hot gravy over the fries and cheese.
- 10Garnish with nutritional yeast and chopped parsley.
- 11Serve immediately while hot.

Instructions

- 4Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the oil and spice mixture.
- 5Spread the coated potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 6Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 7If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the fries during the last 5 minutes of baking.
- 8Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
- 9Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
