Mix well and add oil, then marinate the mutton ribs in this mixture for 20-25 minutes in the fridge.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the marinated mutton ribs for about 25 minutes on medium heat, turning occasionally.
Prepare the sauce by melting butter in a separate pan and adding cream, red chili powder, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder.
Mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes, then add food color if desired.
Coat the fried mutton ribs with the sauce and serve.
