Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté garlic and onion until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
Add mixed seafood to the skillet; cook until just opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes; season with salt, black pepper, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, and a pinch of salt; mix until smooth.
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Layer noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the seafood mixture, half of the ricotta mixture, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Repeat the layering process, finishing with noodles topped with remaining tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and cover with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
