Peel the ripe plantains and remove the skin.

Cut the plantains in half and use your fingers to remove the skin easily.

Mash the plantains using a kitchen masher or your hands until smooth.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of yeast to the mashed plantains.

Mix in 250 grams of flour until well combined, ensuring no flour is left unmixed.

Cover the mixture and let it rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour until it has doubled in size.

After rising, mix the dough again to remove any bubbles.

Heat oil to about 90-95 degrees Celsius for frying.

Scoop the dough into balls using your fingers or a tablespoon and place them into the hot oil.

Fry the plantain balls for about 5 minutes, turning them to ensure even cooking.
