500 grams spinach

50 grams feta cheese
50 grams cheddar cheese

Wash 500 grams of spinach in plenty of water three times and drain it.

Chop the spinach finely.

In a pan, heat a little more than half a tea glass of olive oil.

Sauté 2 medium onions in the olive oil until they are soft.

Add the chopped spinach to the pan and sauté for no more than 2 minutes over medium heat, being careful not to overcook the spinach.

Add red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt to the spinach mixture and stir well.

Remove the filling from the heat and let it cool.

Once cooled, add 50 grams each of feta cheese and cheddar cheese to the spinach mixture and mix well.

Transfer the filling to a stone oven to bake.

Once out of the oven, brush the edges with butter.
