Take the top sirloin steak out of the packaging and dry it well with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Trim away any large fat cap from the steak and cut it into 1 to 1.5 inch pieces, trimming any large pieces of fat as necessary.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.

Add the steak bites to the skillet in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Sear for about 2.5 minutes total: 1 minute on one side, flip and sear for another minute, then toss for the last 30 seconds.

Lower the heat to medium to medium-low. Add 4 tablespoons of salted butter to the skillet and let it melt.

Add 5 to 6 minced garlic cloves and 2 teaspoons of chopped rosemary to the melted butter, stirring to sauté without burning the garlic for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the cooked steak bites back to the skillet along with any juices that have accumulated. Season with 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and stir around the pan for another couple of minutes.
