3 large eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2 medium potatoes
1 cup peas
1 medium onion
2 green chilies
1 tablespoon ginger
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup cilantro
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Mix all-purpose flour, water, eggs, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
