5 cans diced tomatoes (795 milliliters or 28 ounces each)
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup white vinegar
5 cups sugar

Add 5 cups of sugar to the mixture.

Cook the mixture on low for 20 minutes to simmer.

Fill jars with the chili sauce, leaving a quarter inch headspace.

Wipe the rims of the jars with a paper towel before sealing.
