Brush a little oil around the dough and cover it to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into balls according to desired size.
Dust a plate with dry flour and roll each ball into a circle about 1/4 inch thick.
Brush the rolled dough with oil and fold it to create layers.
Repeat the rolling and folding process for each ball of dough, ensuring to brush with oil each time.
Roll the folded dough again to the desired thickness.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil for cooking the parathas.
Cook each paratha until bubbles form, then flip and brush with oil again, cooking until golden brown.
