200g Firm tofu
1 tbsp Potato starch
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
Ginger
1 tbsp Green onion
1 Myoga ginger
1/2 Cucumber
4 Shiso leaves
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1.5 tbsp Soy sauce

Wrap the firm tofu in kitchen paper and place a weight on top to drain for 30 minutes.

Chop the vegetables (ginger, green onion, myoga ginger, cucumber, shiso leaves) and mix with soy sauce.

Coat the tofu with potato starch.

Heat mayonnaise in a frying pan, then gently add the tofu and fry until both sides are golden brown.
