1 kilogram chicken drumsticks

Prick chicken drumsticks a couple of times to soak the marinade better.

For the marinade, add 1 tsp each of red pepper flakes, black pepper, oregano, curry, and 1 tbsp tomato paste, along with 2 cloves of garlic and 3-4 tbsp vegetable oil. Mix well and rub onto the chicken.

Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.

Heat a wide cast iron pan and add vegetable oil.

Sauté chopped red onions until translucent.

Add roughly sliced oyster mushrooms and sauté until they reduce in size.

Add green and red peppers, mixing them in.

Add 1 peeled tomato, salt, and 1 tbsp tomato paste. Drizzle with olive oil and mix everything.

Add half a cup of water and oregano, along with 1 tsp butter, and let simmer until mushrooms are soft.

For the chicken, heat the cast iron pan and fry the marinated drumsticks for about 10 minutes, turning them over to keep the skin intact.

Cut potatoes into wedges and mix them with the remaining marinade, placing them between the chicken in the pan.

Add small green peppers and onion wedges around the chicken.

Drizzle some water over the chicken and cook on low medium heat for about 20 minutes.
