Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of baking soda.

Break 1 egg into a separate bowl to check its quality, then add it to the mixture.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the mixture.

Open the can of fruit cocktail without draining it and add it to the bowl.

Mix the ingredients together by hand until combined.

Prepare a small baking pan by spraying it with cooking spray.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of brown sugar on top of the batter (the creator initially considers using less but ultimately uses the full amount).

Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, checking for doneness.
