Measure out 1/2 cup of vanilla icing and 3/4 cup of crunchy peanut butter into a bowl.
Heat the bowl in the microwave for about 1 minute, mixing until melted and combined.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla bean ice cream flavoring to the mixture and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate for a few minutes to set.
Once set, pour about 1/4 of the chocolate icing on top of the fudge and refrigerate again.
After the fudge has set, flip it over to coat the bottom with chocolate icing.
Melt the remaining chocolate icing (about 8 ounces) and pour it over the fudge, covering the sides as well.
Refrigerate again to allow the chocolate to set.
