Würste grillen und durchgaren.
Die Cola aufkochen und auf ca. 50% reduzieren.
Alle Streugewürze hinzufügen und umrühren.
Nach dem Reduzieren den Tomatenketchup und Apfelmus hinzufügen und köcheln lassen.
Mit Salz/Pfeffer und eventuell mehr Apfelmus abschmecken.
Bis zur gewünschten Konsistenz einkochen lassen.
Auf die Würste geben und mit weiterem Currypulver garnieren.
