1.5 tablespoons mushroom seasoning
2 tablespoons shrimp paste
2 packages rice vermicelli (bun bo hue)
2 tablespoons annatto seeds
4 tablespoons canola oil
3.5 tablespoons annatto oil
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/4 cup chopped lemongrass (2-3 stalks)
2 tablespoons hot pepper powder (Korean type)
1 tablespoon paprika powder
shredded purple and green cabbage
