2 tablespoons of fermented shrimp sauce
water

6 Vietnamese chili peppers

120g large white onion
40 to 50g ginger root
1 stalk of lemongrass
1 teaspoon chili powder
400g Hue-style rice noodles
1 banana flower or small red cabbage
400g congealed pig’s blood
1 handful of fresh mint leaves
10 chili peppers
