Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess
Separate the 4 eggs into yolks and whites.
Dissolve 2 tablespoons of gelatin in 1/2 cup of water.
Grate lemon zest and add it to the gelatin mixture.
Pour hot water over the gelatin to ensure it dissolves.
Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
Mix the egg yolks with 1/3 cup of sugar until lighter in color.
Add the dissolved gelatin and juice from 1 and 1/2 lemons to the egg yolk mixture.
Fold in the whipped egg whites and 2/3 of the whipped cream into the egg yolk mixture.
Transfer the mixture to the refrigerator to set before decorating.
Serve in individual glasses or a big glass bowl, decorated with lemon slices and whipped cream.
