200 g butter
600 g of butter cookies
80 g of sugar
150 ml of milk
10 ml vanilla essence or 50 ml rum / brandy

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and mash them until smooth.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onions until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Combine the mashed potatoes with sautéed onions, butter, and sour cream.

Stir in the egg, cheese, salt, black pepper, paprika, and nutmeg until well mixed.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles to fit tart pans.

Press the dough into the tart pans and fill with the potato mixture.

Top with chopped bacon and sprinkle with parsley.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
